Your Support at Work
Through the combined support of people like you, the P&R Foundation has raised more than $306,000, surpassing our original goal of $215,000. Contributions through the Piccadilly fundraiser and private donations have already helped bring meaningful projects to life, including the Rainbow Splash Park, the upcoming Boundless BackYard, and educational tree labeling throughout our parks featuring species information and fun facts. Together, these efforts continue to enhance our parks and create welcoming spaces for the entire community.
Piccadilly Gala
The Piccadilly Gala is an event hosted by the Foundation in efforts to raise money for new projects for the community through the parks and recreation department . Each year, women from the community get together and have fun while raising funds for these new and exciting projects. Past Piccadilly events have supported the building of Rainbow Splash Park and is currently working on the all inclusive, Boundless BackYard off Milwaukee Street.

The 2026 Piccadilly theme is "Your Prom, Your Era," and tickets go on sale on January 9th at 6 PM at Wine and Shine! We hope to see you there!
Upcoming & Current Projects
All Inclusive Boundless BackYard
Boundless BackYard is located on nearly 5 acres off of Milwaukee Street. With this property we plan to add a new inclusive playground, butterfly haven, picnic shelter and more! Playgrounds are a place for laughter, friends and fun where all children and their families can play together regardless of their abilities. An inclusive playground takes away both the physical and social barriers to exclusion. Anticipated open in 2027.

Past Projects
Rainbow Splash Park
Rainbow Splash Park opened August 13th, 2021. The park is a major renovation to the old Rainbow Swim Club pool that was partially funding by the Land & Water Conservation Fund. Amenities include splash pad, benches, gazebo, concessions, cornhole, and ping pong. There is parking available West of the splash pad, and Rainbow Trail access on the East side of the park.
