Regent Park is a small, well maintained neighborhood park at Marietta and Richmond streets. The park provides a pickleball court, basketball court, skate park and playground equipment. It is located on the west side of S. Marietta Street, at its intersection with Richmond. The former high school is across the street to the east, and the Fishing River is on the west. From the east banks of the Fishing River in Regent Park, one can look across the river to the Elms Hotel grounds. Partially down the hill are the concrete "ruins" of the historic Regent Spring pavilion.
