Monthly memberships are automatically drafted out of a bank account or from a credit card. There is not contract but we require a 30-day written notice to cancel.

Insurance
Insurance memberships are funded via your insurance provider or employer from the following partners:

- Single person memberships: Teen, Young Adult, Individual, and Senior (60+)
​
- Couple: Spouses living in the same house. Adults may be asked to provide proof of residency.
​
- Single parent with kid(s): One adult and their dependent children living in the same house. The children must be under age 25. Families with more than 4 children may be asked to provide a 1040 tax return for proof that the children are all claimed on their taxes.

- Family: Spouses and their dependent children living in the same house. The children must be under age 25. Families with more than 4 children may be asked to provide a 1040 tax return for proof that the children are all claimed on their taxes. Adults may be asked to provide proof of residency.
