ESPRCC Camps

Speed & Agility

  • This camp will be held at the Excelsior Springs Community Center Gymnasium.

  • Camps are taught by certified sports performance coaches and trainers.

  • Ages 8 - 14 years old

2025 Fees:​

  • $25 per Athlete 

2025 Information:​

  • Registration Deadline: March 21st ​

  • Camp Dates: March 25th - 27th

  • 4 - 5 PM

  • Athletes need a t-shirt, running shoes, water, and a towel

Spring Tennis

  • This program will be held at the Excelsior Springs High School Tennis Courts.

  • Some racquets will be on site if needed.

  • Participants should provide their own water.

    • $95 - $120 per player

  • Steps (beginner or novice)

    • Red, Orange, Green, Yellow​
