Join us May 25th at 8:30 AM for a special Memorial Day Pop Up - four fun-filled workouts in one!
-Pilates w/Jenn at 8:30 am
-Pound w/Theresa at 9:00 am
-Zumba w/Theresa & Pam V. at 9:30 am
-Yoga w/Jenn at 10:00 am
Each class will be around 30 minutes - perfect for people wanting to try something new or ones just wanting a quick workout.
